Kelsey Kinniry is known within Delta Faucet Company for her professionalism and poise — as well as for the warm, personable demeanor that makes her a “fun person to be around.” These attributes serve her well in her role as Trade Marketing Manager for the Indianapolis-based company, where she spends many days on the go interacting with new people. “What I love about my job is I get to work with so many different areas of the business — sales, legal, finance, brand marketing, product and more,” said 26-year-old Kelsey. “It’s exciting for me to bounce between different subject matter experts.”
Her most exciting moment, however, was working with actress Emily Hampshire (Stevie from “Schitt’s Creek”) to help launch Delta’s new products back in 2021. Kelsey organized, produced and co-hosted a virtual kitchen and bath product launch event called “The Real Life Showroom,” a live streaming event with Hampshire that was an innovative way to introduce and create excitement for new Delta products. This was followed by a satellite media tour with outlets that included Architectural Digest, Kitchen & Bath Business, Better Homes & Gardens and People and a social media strategy that garnered a total of 52.2 million impressions.
Kelsey also successfully launched Delta Faucet on TikTok, tested new media outlets with Delta Faucet’s first podcast ad, and increased engagement rates on both Facebook and Instagram.
In 2021, she earned a BIG Innovation Award from Business Intelligence Group for her role in helping to distribute more than 2 million Delta Faucet Ear Savers, flexible clips designed to connect the straps of facemasks behind the head, which Delta produced and donated to frontline workers after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having grown up in a family of house flippers, Kelsey says she has long been intrigued by interior design, especially in the kitchen and bath spaces. She is proud to have already bought her first home and to have made it her personal sanctuary — and admits she’s come a long way from the days of decorating her childhood bedroom in “varying shades of pink” to embracing a more classic aesthetic. “I am a traditionalist through and through,” she said. “I love mixing eras, but take me to the East Coast, specifically Nantucket, and I am in architecture heaven.”
Her other passions? Pilates, concerts, pop culture and trips to Miami Beach (with Greece and Costa Rica on the horizon). Asked what’s on her future must-do list, this “dog aunt” to the pets of family and friends also feels her maternal instincts kicking in. “Become a mom!” she says.
