NKBA | KBIS Management

The NKBA | KBIS management team, led by the Global President & CEO, is responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of the association. From day-to-day operations to strategic planning for long-term growth, the management team at NKBA | KBIS has its pulse on the industry to ensure the betterment of its members and the kitchen and bath community as a whole.

Bill Darcy  |  Global President & CEO

Bill Darcy is the Global President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the leading association for manufacturers, designers, retailers, builders, remodelers and architects across all segments of home design, with a focus on kitchen and bath, representing a $235 billion industry. The NKBA also owns the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), one of the world’s largest, most comprehensive industry trade events.

To benefit tens of thousands of professionals across all sectors of home building, design and remodeling, Bill orchestrated a collaboration between the NKBA and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), creating Design & Construction Week, which launched in 2014. Bill has also pioneered several industry and cross-industry initiatives. To stem the industry-wide shortage in craftsmen and skilled labor, Bill created the NKBA’s #NextUp initiative which seeks to support education and build interest in the skilled trades; he also sits on the Operating Committee of the Skilled Labor Fund, part of the National Housing Endowment (NHE), and supported by NAHB, NARI and the NKBA.

Bill also established the NKBA’s 30 Under 30 program, an initiative focused on millennials that began in 2013, and NKBA Global Connect, which launched in 2020, to support a more connected international kitchen, bath and home design community. He also supports his female leadership team’s oversight of NKBA Women2Women, an initiative that empowers women in the industry through connection, mentorship, and leadership growth.

Prior to the NKBA, Bill spent seven years with Penske Motorsports & NASCAR, where he managed a speedway and was responsible for staff that oversaw more than $200 million in annual sponsorship. Bill holds a B.A. in management from Moravian University. He is an avid cyclist and proud husband and father of three boys.

Stephanie Klatka | Chief People Officer, Executive Vice President Administration

Stephanie joined NKBA | KBIS in 2023 in a newly defined role as Vice President, People and Culture, providing leadership and direction on the alignment and execution of strategic objectives impacting the people and culture of NKBA | KBIS. She was recently promoted to the role of Chief People Officer, Executive Vice President Administration, expanding her area of focus to include overall strategy of internal administrative operations in alignment with NKBA culture. Stephanie is a human resources professional and strategic business leader with a strong background in culture shaping initiatives.

Prior to joining NKBA | KBIS, Stephanie worked as an Executive Level Human Resources professional in a wide range of industries. She is an experienced C-Suite professional with extensive and practical hands-on experience in the human resources field. As a certified culture shaping facilitator, she is experienced in driving strategic initiatives to align with the company culture. Stephanie has also spent a significant amount of time as a trainer and facilitator of Leadership Workshops, as well as an Adjunct Professor teaching Human Resources/business courses at local colleges in Pennsylvania.

She holds a B.S. in Business from Cedar Crest College and an MBA from Alvernia University.  She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Geraldine Morrison  |  Chief Revenue Officer

Geraldine Morrison joined NKBA | KBIS in 2025 as Chief Partnerships Officer for Domestic & Global Brands and now serves as Chief Revenue Officer. In this expanded role, Geraldine oversees all revenue-generating functions across the organization, including partnerships, membership, chapters, and professional development. She is responsible for driving sustainable growth, fostering strategic relationships, and ensuring NKBA continues to deliver exceptional value to members and industry partners around the world.

Geraldine is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in general management, business development, and P&L leadership at top-tier organizations including Samsung, LIXIL, Philips, and Sprint. Her broad experience across consumer products, luxury brands, and global organizations positions her uniquely to lead NKBA’s revenue strategy while strengthening the association’s role as the central hub for the kitchen and bath industry.

Prior to joining NKBA | KBIS, Geraldine served as General Manager & Head of Luxury Brand Marketing for Dacor Luxury Appliances at Samsung, where she led product management, brand and channel marketing, brand-owned showrooms, and training functions. Before Samsung, Geraldine held several strategic marketing and management positions at LIXIL Water Technologies, supporting the growth and market presence of leading brands including American Standard, Grohe, and DXV.

Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Rutgers University and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers Business School.

Ivana Molzen |  Chief Marketing & Digital Officer

Ivana Molzen is the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), where she leads brand strategy, communications, and digital transformation to advance the association’s mission and member value. 

She brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation across global brands including GROHE, LIXIL, and MasterBrand. Most recently, as Vice President of eCommerce at MasterBrand, Ivana led a complex, matrix organization through digital & eCommerce transformation, building a high-performing Center of Excellence, modernizing fulfillment operations, and accelerating growth across major retail platforms. She holds dual MBAs and an MIT Sloan certification in AI for Business Strategy.  

Deb Webb |  Executive Vice President Operations & KBIS

Deb joined NKBA | KBIS in 2024 as Vice President of Operations and KBIS and has recently been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations & KBIS continuing her focus of the strategic management and execution of all NKBA and KBIS events. With a strong focus on customer-centricity and operational excellence, Deb leverages her extensive event background to exceed customer expectations and foster valuable business connections for NKBA.

Before joining NKBA, Deb served as Senior Vice President of Event Operations at Emerald, a leading show organizer in the live events industry. In this role, she led teams in the successful planning and execution of over 140 annual tradeshows, conferences, hosted buyer programs, and special events across diverse industries, including design, renovation and construction, home gift and merchandise, luxury, technology, sports and outdoor, industrial, and food. She has spent over 30 years planning and executing B2B events.

Deb is a member of the International Association of Exhibition & Events and is Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM). She has served on the Orange County Customer Advisory Board, the UFI Female Leadership Special Interest Group, and is an active participant in various industry events.

Nicole Young  | Vice President, Finance & Governance

Nicole joined the NKBA | KBIS in 2013 as an accountant. Throughout her tenure Nicole was promoted to Controller, Director of Finance and Administration , and most recently to Vice President of Finance & Governance. In this role she is responsible for the finance and accounting operations, as well as governance for the Association. As a part of the NKBA | KBIS’ senior leadership team, she plays a key role in development, analysis and execution of the Association’s strategic plan. Prior to joining NKBA | KBIS, Nicole was a senior accountant for a health-care network, overseeing general ledger functions for two hospitals. She holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Scranton.

Jason Hines  | Vice President, Technology & Performance Optimization

Jason Hines joined the NKBA | KBIS team in March 2020 as a Tech Operations Manager and has since advanced through several leadership roles, including Manager, Infrastructure & Operations, Senior Manager of Development, Infrastructure & IT Operations, and Director of Technology. He currently serves as Vice President, Technology & Performance Optimization, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, application development, and operational excellence initiatives. In this role, Jason works to align technology and data-driven decision-making with NKBA | KBIS’s mission to serve its members and support the organization’s long-term growth. 

Jason is a technology leader with a strong background in infrastructure, business operations, and customer experience. Prior to joining NKBA | KBIS, he spent 7 years at Apple, where he partnered with businesses of all sizes to implement technology solutions, enterprise mobility strategies, and business technology adoption initiatives. He has built a career on leading high-performing teams and translating complex technology challenges into practical solutions that improve how organizations operate and serve their customers. 

Earlier in his career, Jason held positions in marketing, customer relations, and operations management in both the United States and internationally, providing him with a broad foundation in leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. His experience across multiple industries and countries has shaped his people-first leadership style and passion for continuous improvement.

Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Arts from Temple University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
