Described by colleagues as “a powerhouse of motivation, dedication and compassion,” Priscilla Saucedo has taken on the role of Outside Sales Representative for Ferguson Enterprises in Southern California and run with it. “From the moment I commenced my journey with the company, I discovered a genuine passion for the industry,” she said. “Since then, I have witnessed the continuous evolution of the kitchen-and-bath sector.”
Priscilla, 28, who counts the California State Award Seal of Biliteracy — which recognizes proficiency in two or more languages and promoting language diversity and multiculturalism — among her accomplishments (she was also a member of the planning committee for the West Hollywood Design District’s 75th anniversary celebration), is a fervent believer in the power of inclusivity. As the first person in her family to earn a Bachelor’s degree, she is dedicated to creating and fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and empowered to reach their fullest potential. Priscilla’s deep-rooted involvement within the community is a personal passion and a way of life.
Living and working in the vibrant and diverse Los Angeles area also allows her to stay at the cutting edge of industry trends and connect with like-minded professionals — as does her membership in NKBA | KBIS’s Southern California Chapter. “I have been blessed to be a part of so many memorable and historical projects in Los Angeles that have reemphasized my love and appreciation for architecture,” she said. “I am left in awe of the detailing, time and artistry to accomplish these projects. LA’s architectural scene is like a melting pot, showcasing a blend of diverse styles that you can spot all around the city.”
When she’s not interacting with clients, collaborating on new projects and discussing bath, kitchen and lighting solutions, Priscilla makes regular visits to jobsites, not only to oversee the progression but also to foster strong relationships with architects, builders and designers. Her love of architecture and design extends to her free time as well, with travel — especially to Spain — on her list of passions alongside tennis, Pilates, cycling, volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club and taking hikes with her Golden retriever, Bruno. Topping her life goals? “Traveling to as many places as I possibly can and immersing myself in other cultures beyond my own,” she said. “Experiencing different cultures makes you more respectful and empathetic of others while it celebrates your similarities and differences.”
