What is an NKBA Knowledge Base subscription? What do I get when I subscribe?

Subscriptions are for one year, and allow access to all nine volumes of NKBA's exclusive body of knowledge, including professional standards and best practices. Subscribers may read and contribute to the page, and all additions will be vetted by Subject Matter Experts to conform to NKBA style and accuracy.

Do you offer subscriptions to organizations?

No. At this time, subscriptions are for individuals only. However, if you wish to inquire about bulk subscriptions, please contact our Member Relations department at 1-800-the-nkba or email info@nkba.org.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

There are no refunds. You may cancel at any time to stop automatic billing for renewals, but there are no refunds.

What if I don’t want to subscribe — can I still read wiki.nkba.org for free?

No. The valuable material included in the NKBA Knowledge Base is proprietary and belongs to Association members, and to access wiki.nkba.org, you must purchase a Knowledge Base subscription.

How are subscriptions billed?

Subscriptions are billed on an annual basis, along with your membership dues. If you purchase a subscription in the middle of your membership dues billing cycle, the subscription cost will be prorated. Non-members will be billed on an annual basis automatically, on the one-year anniversary of their initial date of subscription.

Who updates the NKBA Knowledge Base?

You do! This body of professional knowledge is a living document. Any subscribing industry professional may add new information or revise existing content. To ensure accuracy and compliance with all NKBA guidelines, standards, best practices and editorial style, all entries, additions and revisions are thoroughly vetted by a panel of Subject Matter Experts before posting.
