NKBA Management

The NKBA management team, led by the Global President & CEO, is responsible for the smooth and efficient administration of the association. From day-to-day operations to strategic planning for long-term growth, the management team at NKBA has its pulse on the industry to ensure the betterment of its members and the kitchen and bath community as a whole.

Bill joined NKBA in 2006 as Manager of Marketing Partnerships, and quickly rose through the ranks to Manager of Business Development, Senior Manager of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Executive Vice President, and ultimately was promoted to his current position as Global President & CEO.

In 2014, to benefit tens of thousands of professionals across all sectors of home building, design and remodeling, Bill orchestrated a collaboration between the NKBA and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), creating Design & Construction Week and the co-location of KBIS and NAHB’s International Builders Show (IBS). It is now one of the world’s largest, most comprehensive industry trade events.

Bill has also pioneered several industry and cross-industry initiatives. To stem the industry-wide shortage in craftsmen and skilled labor, Bill created the NKBA’s #NextUp initiative, which seeks to support education and build interest in the skilled trades. He also established the NKBA’s 30 Under 30 program, an initiative focused on millennials that began in 2013. Bill also sits on the Operating Committee of the Skilled Labor Fund.

Prior to the NKBA, Bill spent seven years with Penske Motorsports/NASCAR, where he managed a staff that oversaw more than 50 multi-venue sponsors with contracts totaling more than $200 million.

Bill holds a B.A. in management from Moravian University. He is a proud husband and father of three boys.

Suzie has more than 25 years of experience in business development and sales in the kitchen and bath space. Suzie’s extensive track record includes positions as Vice President of Sales for two kitchen and bath companies, the most recent of which had multiple locations serving both the trade and consumer markets. She has diverse knowledge of all kitchen and bath product categories, as well as our industry’s distribution and supply chain. Her comprehensive knowledge of the association model and governance stems from 10 years of service on the NKBA Board of Directors, including her role as 2009 NKBA President. Suzie joined NKBA in 2012 and currently serves as the Chief Global Relations Officer. The Chief Global Relations Officer plays a crucial role in shaping the NKBA | KBIS global strategy, building relationships, advocating for members, exhibitors and ensuring that the organization remains a respected and influential player in the international industry landscape.

Pamela McNally is Senior Vice President, Marketing + Digital for NKBA. Prior to joining the NKBA in June 2020, she was Vice President of Digital for SANDOW, and Executive Vice President of Client Strategy/Solutions for Interior Design, a SANDOW brand.

Pamela oversaw digital initiatives for SANDOW’s portfolio and worked with the company’s top clients to create custom interactive programs with a focus on mobile and social engagement. She also spoke extensively on digital and future trends, and was a featured speaker at NeoCon, High Point Market, Design Chicago, InterACT, DCOTA, IDS, and was invited to speak at annual meetings and conferences put on by top companies such as Haworth Inc., Gensler and HOK.

Before joining SANDOW, Pamela was Vice President of Digital and Editorial for Niche Media, a publisher of regional magazines in top U.S. cities. Before that, she was Editorial Director of Custom Media at Hachette Filipacchi where she oversaw the development of publications for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, Aveda, Avon and AOL.

Previously, she had held editorial positions at Fairchild Publications where she started her career.

Stephanie joined NKBA in 2023 in a newly defined role as Vice President, People and Culture, providing leadership and direction on the alignment and execution of strategic objectives impacting the people and culture of NKBA.  Stephanie is a human resources professional and strategic business leader with a strong background in culture shaping initiatives.

Prior to joining NKBA, Stephanie worked as an Executive Level Human Resources professional in a wide range of industries. She is an experienced C-Suite professional with extensive and practical hands-on experience in the human resources field. As a certified culture shaping facilitator, she is experienced in driving strategic initiatives to align with the company culture focusing on recruiting and retention practices, performance management and recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives, and employee development opportunities. Stephanie has also spent a significant amount of time as trainer and facilitator of Leadership Workshops, as well as an Adjunct Professor teaching Human Resources courses in the Lehigh Valley.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business from Cedar Crest College and her MBA from Alvernia University.  She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Nicole joined the NKBA in 2013 as an accountant and was promoted to controller in 2017, and made Director of Finance and Administration in 2018. In this new position, she manages the finance and accounting operations, as well as supervises the information technology, human resources and building/production departments. As a part of the NKBA’s senior leadership team, she plays a key role in development, analysis and execution of the Association’s strategic plan. Prior to joining NKBA, Nicole was a senior accountant for a health-care network, overseeing general ledger functions for two hospitals. She holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Scranton.

Alan Dove  |  Senior Director, Member Relations

Alan joined NKBA in 2018 as National Sales Manager. In that role, he inspires, motivates and leads a team to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing member clients and cultivate new ones, to support the multitude of programs, events, research and initiatives that NKBA uses to bolster the kitchen and bath industry on a global scale. Alan’s three decades in the appliance industry laid the foundation for nurturing the Association’s relationships with top-tier clients’ executive leadership.

In January 2020, he was named Director of Member Relations, adding oversight of the member services and development department to his responsibilities.

Prior to graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, Alan served 10 years in the United States Army, and as a Korean linguist, developed a life-long passion for finding the best Korean food in any city in which he may find himself!

Alan and his wife, Lisa, live in The Woodlands, Texas, where they share a passion for motorcycle riding, music and spoiling their five grandchildren.
