Designing A Healthy Home (and we don’t mean emotionally)

Thursday, March 22, 2018 @ 05:30 pm – 08:30 pm

Indiana Design Center
200 S Rangeline Rd
Carmel, IN 46032

As homes became tighter and more efficient, many new technologies and innovations came to market. Be enlightened regarding some of the most harmful elements we put into our designs, and learn preventatives. (According to the EPA, indoor air is 2-5 times more toxic than outdoor.) Learn about lighting (including daylighting), planning for aging, and water solutions. This comprehensive presentation will surprise many when they realize how to affect indoor air quality by reducing elements that off-gas perpetually – including common household items – and how to make positive changes. It may not be sexy, but you will better your clients’ lives with this powerful information.

An integrated sales approach to outdoor kitchen design quickly brought him success all over the Midwest. Self-taught in a CAD/hybrid pool design software, Russ now designs, sells, and implements at least 100 outdoor kitchens every year – with the average sale ranging from $20,000 to $50,000. Russ has designed for a wide range of clients – from the average Joe to high-profile NBA athletes. He understands what it takes to create a successful outdoor room design and a successful build.

Clients and customers are now viewing the “outdoor room” as a natural part of their homes. Considering the tremendous recent growth of the outdoor kitchen market, Russ has found further success in the launch of his new company, Primeline Outdoor Living. Primeline combines retail products, outdoor living products, and outdoor living services to customize elegant outdoor living spaces.
