What You Will Learn
Discover how the benefits of biophilic and neuroaesthetic design are not limited to outdoors or through a window. This fascinating presentation explores transforming ‘objects in nature’ into ‘NATURE IN OBJECTS’. Reimagining cabinetry as more than mere boxes by applying curves, swerves, circles, and angles, echoing mountains, rivers, sun, and texture will emulate nature at the heart of interior spaces.
This program demystifies the Fibonacci Sequence and 62% Golden Ratio that is prominent throughout the universe from seashells, the violin, to Saturn, and most importantly, the innate beauty of the Taj Mahal and the ‘David’. We will identify how Leonardo Da Vinci creates movement in mirror symmetry and Frank Lloyd Wright guides us to the focal point with proportion and balance.
With 42 years of experience, Mark Rosenhaus demonstrates how to apply these natural patterns with confidence in nurturing a quality of life that is organic, deeply personal and timeless. An inherently pleasing design your clients will be conscious of and appreciate.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how to calculate and use the Fibonacci Sequence and 62% Golden Ratio.
- Recognize golden proportions all around us in everyday life.
- An awareness of Biophilia’s positive influence on design aesthetics and our well-being.
