David K. Warfel is an educator, author, and lighting designer practicing in architecture, light, and experience design. Formerly the chair of lighting design programs at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, David teaches regular continuing education seminars in lighting design, offers full-day immersive training experiences, and has presented at Lightfair, KBIS, LDI, USITT, and AASHE conferences.

A vetted facilitator for the Illuminating Engineering Society, David delivered internationally-viewed, acclaimed live webinars for the Society.
