Karen Ostromecki, Interior Designer of KO Design
Karen Ostromecki is a kitchen and bath designer, as well as a commercial interior designer and sales leader. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Karen enjoys helping others, exploring new ideas, and thinking creatively to solve problems. She is certified as an NCIDQ and LEED Green Associate and actively participates in the NKBA.
Karen has contributed to various NEOCON trade shows by sharing her thoughts on products. She has won product design contests and has given feedback based on attendee reviews. One of her career highlights was being a member of Benjamin Moore’s Design Advisory Council, where she collaborated with other designers to study color trends in New York City.
She graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has been a guest critic at RIT’s School of Architecture. For Karen, trend tracking is a way of life. She loves visiting unique places, engaging with arts and culture, staying fit, and enjoying music. She likes meeting new people, nature and hiking, caring for her cats, cooking healthy meals, and beautifully plating her food. She also enjoys watching recipe vlogs on Instagram. Additionally, Karen has participated in a few independent film festivals worldwide and looks forward to her next adventure!
