Mike Socha
Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Duravit USA
Mike Socha is responsible for growing the Duravit brand while meeting aggressive sales goals. Mike’s vast experience developing and partnering with the Ferguson Enterprises account has prepared him for the strategic development role of Midwest Regional Sales Manager of Duravit USA.
Joining Duravit North America in 2016 as a southeast regional sales representative, Socha has worked across several teams and business segments. Before this role, he worked at both the branch and national sales levels at Ferguson Enterprises.
Additional roles, which include over 15 years of experience in the design industry, encompass management positions with Coastal Construction, Stan Hunt & Associates, and an entrepreneurial position with Tub Guard. Socha is based in Michigan and will continue to report to Kerry Rudd, vice president of sales for Duravit North America.
