Thirty Under 30: Noa Arbely
Noa Arbely is one of the outstanding young professionals in NKBA’s Thirty Under 30 Class of 2026.
By Donna Heiderstadt
Noa Arbely never actually envisioned herself working in the kitchen and bath industry — until 2021 when she joined Concretti Designs, the Las Vegas-based company founded by her mother, Yifat Arbely, to design and manufacture sinks, bathtubs, and other home products that embrace the natural beauty and unique characteristics of concrete. As Creative Director, 28-year-old Noa oversees all in-house creative work, including design, photography, social media content, and graphics. “This role came naturally as my career evolved, and I’ve really come to appreciate the artistry and innovation within the industry,” says Noa, who is completely self-taught. “I see myself first and foremost as a creative who happens to work in the kitchen and bath space.”
One of Noa’s most memorable projects at Concretti was launching Latte, a new shade of neutral beige the company added to its 18-shade range. “It took years of trial and error to perfect the pigment formula and achieve the exact tone we envisioned,” she explains. “Once we did, my team and I were able to have so much fun with the campaign visuals and storytelling. It was such a rewarding moment seeing all our creativity and persistence come together.”
As she helped build the 100 percent American-made brand — including envisioning how to present large and heavy products in lifestyle shoots and designing award-winning tradeshow booths — Noa says her “passionate” mindset has been a guiding force. “Good design and art genuinely excite me, and I try to infuse that passion into everything I create,” she explains.
Her own personal design style borrows from a range of distinct eras. “I’m drawn to several design styles, including mid-century, Japanese, eclectic, and brutalist,” she says. “They don’t necessarily align seamlessly, but I appreciate different elements from each and love finding ways to blend contrasting aesthetics in a cohesive way.”

She also fondly recalls being in awe of the bedroom her mother designed for her as a child. “It was red and beige polka dot themed,” she says. “My bedspread matched the circular rugs, and there were big red circles painted on my beige walls. It was such a fun and playful space.”
Noa’s current play time centers around hobbies such as reading, practicing yoga, and making her own clothes. She’s also a frequent traveler. “I love exploring new places, especially walkable cities where I can take everything in at my own pace,” she says, noting that some of her favorites are New York, Amsterdam, Prague, and Tel Aviv. “I always make a point to try local coffee shops or foods unique to the area.” On her life’s must-do list? “To travel more, both within the U.S. and abroad,” she says, “and to keep expanding my creative and cultural perspective along the way.”
