Thirty Under 30: Molly Roller

Molly Roller is one of the outstanding young professionals in NKBA’s Thirty Under 30 Class of 2026.

By NKBA Staff

Molly Roller is a self-starter, a storyteller, and a community builder. A 2020 graduate of Butler University with a passion for effective digital content and all things home organization, she got her start in the kitchen-and-bath industry working at Lowe’s during college, where she discovered how much she loved helping people create spaces that work better for their lives.

In 2021, Molly moved to Louisville, KY and joined Rev-A-Shelf®, where as Digital Media Marketing Strategist she now manages the kitchen and bath organization brand’s entire social media presence across eight platforms — building influencer campaigns and creating viral content that has resulted in more than 100 million views and 320% audience growth.

Working out of the company’s photo studio, 27-year-old Molly manages marketing campaigns, writes copy, analyzes performance data, and tackles whatever creative projects come her way. “I love creating content that sparks curiosity and makes someone say, ‘Wait, I didn’t even know that was a thing!’ or ‘OMG! How do I buy this?’”

“I love creating content that sparks curiosity and makes someone say, ’Wait, I didn’t even know that was a thing!’ or OMG! How do I buy this?

Her most memorable moment? “The excitement of our first viral video will always be a career highlight!” she says. “I remember refreshing the post as tens of thousands of views rolled in every minute. That was the moment I thought, ‘I can really do this.’”

Molly says the one word that best describes her is “resilient,” and for that she credits someone dear to her. “I learned resilience from my mom during her battle with cancer,” she says. “Her determination never wavered, and she never once doubted her ability to overcome impossible odds.” Although her mom passed away in 2015, Molly says her grit, optimism, and fortitude still inspire her every day. “She is my greatest role model, and I hope she’s proud,” she adds.

Since 2024, Molly has also served as Communications Chair for the NKBA’s Kentuckiana Chapter, where she helps grow local engagement and visibility. “I genuinely love being part of this fast-paced, ever-evolving industry,” she says. “I believe that a rising tide lifts all ships. My goal is no longer just to grow our brand — I want to help the entire kitchen and bath industry reach more people, inspire more homeowners, and feel more exciting and approachable to the next generation.”

Outside of work, Molly loves lifting weights at the gym, running, biking, cooking, and spending time with friends and her sweet Goldendoodle, Waylon — who can be spotted in some of Rev-A-Shelf®’s, marketing campaigns. She also enjoys her annual “girls’ trip” with her aunt to her condo in Fort Myers Beach, FL. And given that she works in the social media world “where the notifications never stop,” Molly is even a fan of occasionally putting her phone on “Do Not Disturb” and spending some time alone with her thoughts.

What are her life goals? “That’s a tough one,” Molly admits. “I hope to never stop growing and learning — both personally and professionally. I’m grateful to have built a life I truly love.”
