Dear Chapter Officers,
Happy Fourth of July! Here’s to a wonderful holiday and awesome month ahead.
We’re in the home stretch for Chapter Officer self-nominations! Please encourage your members to submit self-nomination forms for 2026 NKBA Chapter President, Programs Chair, and Communications Chair by July 31 at 5 PM EST.
As professional leaders in the Kitchen & Bath industry, your expert Voices are needed! Our VFTI speaker submissions deadline is extended to July 10. Share your expertise with KBIS attendees in Orlando, February 17-19, 2026.
Also, share your show-stopping designs through NKBA | KBIS Design Industry Awards. Deadline to to enter the annual NKBA | KBIS Design Competition is July 25.
NKBA Chapter Officers are super stars in Professional Development! Congratulations to new NKBA Speciality Badge earners, our own Chapter Officers Liz Kennedy (Alabama Chapter), Gabriella Silva (North Florida Chapter), Colleen Primm (Ohio State Chapter), and Laura Duddy (Tennessee Chapter). Kudos to you all for setting the pace and being incredible pros!
Fireworks and fantastic meetings are ahead this month. Virginia State’s wonderful volunteer event “Clean the Bay with NKBA” is coming up. Congratulations again to Rocky Mountain and Baltimore/Washington for their spectacular design awards events last month, as well as Southern New England’s creative color event and Texas North Plains’ memorable membership appreciation event on the pickleball court. We want to see photos of all your events – please share with us at chapters@nkba.org.
