NKBA | KBIS Student Mentor Program

NKBA | KBIS believes in the power of professional development, and one of the most impactful ways we can support emerging kitchen and bath designers is through a formal mentorship program.

Fill out the form below to help NKBA | KBIS match mentors and mentees.

Mentees must be post-secondary students enrolled in a K+B design-related program of study.
All participants must be 18+ (legal adults) in the US or Canada.
Mentors should be NKBA Certified or highly experienced K+B professionals.
Mentors/mentees will be matched via this questionnaire.
Mentors/Mentees should meet virtually once per week for approximately 30 minutes through the course of the spring 2026 semester. NKBA will provide a schedule of themes to help the pairs have meaningful conversations each week.
Mentors/Mentees should meet one time in person through the course of the soft-launch program.
NKBA | KBIS will host an end-of-program Zoom meeting or webinar to recognize participants.

The Spring 2026 program runs from March 16 – May 15 – 2026. A full academic year program is planned for 2026-2027.
