Brittany has been with Wilsonart for 1 year after a 9 year career in residential product design for a large flooring manufacturer.  Brittany’s background provides her with a vast knowledge of residential design and color trends. She loves the process of analyzing trends and seeing how to implement them into what she is creating. Brittany is a senior product designer and team lead for TFL and Wetwall for Wilsonart.

Mark Kieckhafer – Director, Residential Sales – Wilsonart

As Director of Residential Sales, Mark Kieckhafer leads Wilsonart’s North American sales efforts to the Residential Industry.  He directs a Team of Residential Sales Representatives and National Account Managers focused on driving revenue growth through Kitchen & Bath Dealers, Remodelers, Installers and Builders (Single-Family & Multi-Family).  Mark’s career within the laminate industry began immediately out of college working for the manufacturer of Wilsonart Brand Decorative Laminate.  His career spans more than 32-years with Wilsonart where he has performed numerous sales functions in the companies Laminate, Adhesives and Flooring business units.  Mark enjoys engaging with customers to identify their needs, and takes pride in the fact that Wilsonart has a plethora of products, designs and textures offered at various price points.

As Director, Product Design, Gwen directs all aspects of design for the North American market, to align with the strategic objectives of the business. She acts as a consultant to the global business units to collaborate and share best practices for Design.  She is the first to tell you that even after 31 years with Wilsonart, each day brings a new learning opportunity, if you keep your ears and mind open!  Over her tenure, her travels have allowed her to gather information from around the world, interact with customers, and gather research for the design business and development process.  These findings, along with input from Product, Marketing and Sales, result in design and product solutions that work for the customer’s needs. Two of her proudest moments involve the incorporation of new technologies at Wilsonart: Digital Print Solutions and Aligned Finishes for HPL
