What You Will Learn

As a full-service, turn-key design firm, we understand the delicate balance between under-planning and over-planning in renovation projects. In this webinar, we’ll dive into the essential steps needed to design effectively, ensuring no detail is overlooked while avoiding unnecessary work before fully understanding the unknowns of a space.
We’ll explore key challenges that arise when a project is either under-designed or over-designed and share insights on how to strike the right balance. Additionally, we’ll discuss how to handle on-site surprises and hiccups in a collaborative, healthy way that fosters teamwork rather than frustration.
Join us as we share real-world examples of how challenges during construction can be transformed into opportunities, turning “lemons into lemonade” for a successful project outcome. Perfect for contractors, designers, and clients alike, this webinar will provide actionable strategies to navigate renovation projects smoothly.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identifying how much detail your pre-planning should include
  • Where to leave room for on-site improvisation
  • How to tackle on-site challenges and hiccups with ease
