What You Will Learn

There are homes that you walk into and just know off that bat that a designer made all the decisions – not the homeowner. In other spaces, something just feels “off’” and you can’t quite put your finger on it. Getting the color undertones wrong in a kitchen or bath can be an expensive mistake.

In this session, join Debbie Boggs, Co-Founder and Master Color Consultant of Staging Studio, as we gain a deeper understanding of color. She will break down how to define color in 3 different ways – once you see it, you can’t un-see it! Never again will you be able to see a tile, countertop, or cabinet without automatically evaluating the undertones in them. We will look at real life examples and show you how to find solutions to color dilemmas. Your clients will be amazed at your ability to work with color and expertly combine hard surface selections.

During this session, you will:

  • Identify and apply three ways to newly define color.
  • Learn to understand undertones when choosing tile and countertops in design.
  • Learn how to coordinate hard surface undertones with cabinetry and flooring.
