K&B Market Index has Strengthened for a Third Consecutive Quarter, Nearing Levels not Seen Since Q4 2019

The NKBA/John Burns Kitchen & Bath Market Index (KBMI) is a quarterly gauge of current and future economic conditions within the kitchen & bath industry. A total of 464 NKBA members in design, building & construction, manufacturing and retail sales were surveyed. Results are compared with each of the previous four quarters. Along with various economic variables, the report ranks industry challenges and concerns. As COVID-19 continues to have a major impact on K&B, shifts and changes for each industry segment are also covered.

The overall index registered its second consecutive quarterly expansion with a rating of 65 vs. 61.9 in Q3.
Current conditions also continued to show growth, improving to 59.8 from 56.5 the previous quarter.
