The goal of the 2024 Grant is to encourage student careers in residential skilled trades.
Local residential construction associations are encouraged to apply for the Career Connections Grants funded by the Skilled Labor Fund (SLF) and managed by the National Housing Endowment (NHE). The SLF 2024 goal is to help 100,000 students. Â

The purpose of the Grant is to support activities that introduce students to careers in residential skilled trades. Funding is limited to $3,000 per Local Association event or activity. The award and allocation of funds is determined by the SLF Operating Committee.
