New Home Sales Up Eight Percent: Sales of new single family homes rose eight percent in December 2023 from November, and were up 4.4 percent from December 2022, according to the U.S Census Bureau. In 2023, 668,000 new homes sold, 4.2 percent above the 641,000 sold in 2022. Find full details here.
