Thanks to your inspiring leadership, NKBA National has seen an impressive number of self-nominations this year! Over half of our 70 Chapters will be holding elections this month.
As you move forward with the election process, please remember that the NKBA Chapters team is here to support you. Feel free to reach out at chapters@nkba.org with any questions or concerns.

Hot off the press…Our newest Chapter Presentation Program (CPP) speaker is South Florida Chapter President Stacy McCarthy, CMKBD. Stacy offers several compelling topics, including “Design Competition Ready,” a timely one as our NKBA | KBIS Design Industry Awards competition deadline is extended to Aug 17. Check out all CPP topics for your upcoming meetings – you’ll find many awesome Chapter Officers in the list!
Also, several of your favorite CPP speakers are featured in this month’s NKBA Design & Business Webinars, with a focus on Remodeling. In fact, if you register for an August webinar, you are eligible to purchase NKBA’s “Remodeling” Specialty Badge at $99. Please email badge@nkba.org to redeem. If you would like to propose future Webinars, please submit 2026 NKBA Webinars – open through Sept 29.
Cheers to our newest Certified Kitchen & Bath Designers – Mid Atlantic Chapter members Ashley Rodenkirch and Alyssa Gomes, and Piedmont Blue Ridge Carolina Chapter member Jessica Christian. Congrats, CKBDs! We look forward to celebrating your achievements at KBIS in February at our Certified Designer Lunch.
