Charlotte Ann Breidenstein, a former NKBA staff member who had worked with the association for 28 years, passed away in December. She was seventy-six.
During her time at NKBA, Charlotte helped to develop the Governance, Education and Conference Departments before she retired in 2012.
“Charlotte was a great asset to NKBA and really helped establish and grow these key departments. I will always remember her fondly, and my thoughts are with her family,” said Bill Darcy, NKBA | KBIS Global President & CEO.
Charlotte is survived by her two daughters, Michelle Petre and Allison Scurci, their husbands Tim and Dennis, respectively, and her four grandchildren, Rose, Samantha, Sophia, and Isabella. She was married for 43 years to her husband, Gary Breidenstein, who passed away in 2015.
A private service will be held for the immediate family. Memorial donations may be made, in honor of her late husband, to The Multiple System Atrophy Coalition at www.multiplesystematrophy.org.
