The association’s employees took part in an anonymous survey, giving NKBA the title for the fourth year in a row.

NKBA has once again earned the “Great Place To Work” Certification, this time for the year from September 2023 to September 2024. This is the fourth year in a row that the association has been awarded the certification. About 85 percent of NKBA employees described the association as a great place to work and, according to the Great Place to Work statistics, this compares to 57 percent of employees who say the same at a typical company.
For an organization to be considered for this certification, it must have 10 or more employees and go through a two-step process. This includes surveying its employees through the Trust Index Survey, and completing a company questionnaire called the Culture Brief™. Comprised of two open-ended questions and 60 statements, the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey measures the consistency level of employees’ experience and the trust level within an organization.
Since 1999, NKBA has consistently been awarded by its employees as a “Great Place to Work”.
