What an outstanding October! We produced our annual Kitchen & Bath Month with featured content as well as initiated some amazing events  – here’s to continuing our K&B focus through November! 

In the past weeks, we’ve promoted Kitchen & Bath Month to our 70 Chapters in the US and Canada, and extended the K&B spotlight throughout Europe as well. Suzie Williford, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of NKBA, shared the strength of the industry during our second International Buyers Tour at the German Haus Fair. Other highlights of the month include: 

• NKBA released its Q3 Kitchen & Bath Market Index (KBMI) this week, which indicates that the current slowdown will give way to a more positive 2024. To review the report, go here and be sure to share with your Chapter members.  Also, your input is vital to the continued success of the industry and our association  –  please be on the lookout for our next research survey and participate!
  
  
• Helen Ross, Social Media Manager at NKBA, gathered these excellent posts from NKBA’s Kitchen Trends Report. • Incoming 2024 NKBA Chapter Officers should have received registration information earlier this week. Please be sure to check your email for your special package and programs during KBIS – and be sure to join us for the 60th Anniversary of KBIS!

• And since we are extending K&B month into November, don’t forget to register here for our virtual NKBA Bath Trends Summit, taking place on Thursday, November 16 from 1 PM to 3 PM ET.

We also have some NKBA staff announcements to share with you. After eight years as part of the NKBA Chapters team, Julie Figiel has left the association to pursue a new opportunity. We will miss working with Julie, but we also know that paths always cross! Meanwhile, Courtney Keeler was named Chapter Relations Specialist, joining the Chapters team from Member Relations.
