WE'RE HIRING! Marks-Woods Construction is looking for an interior designer/showroom manager to work in the Design Division.
Work with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and walk-ins to assist in cabinetry design residential kitchen, bath, and other cabinetry storage solutions.
Prepare detailed kitchen & bath plans for construction and homeowner approval.
Assist with the business development and sales
Manage operations of showroom
5 years of experience in residential remodeling, kitchen design, and/or cabinetry
Education in interior design with a kitchen and bath concentration a plus, including NKBA, ASID, NCIDQ, and other accreditations
Proficiency in 2020 Software
Great understanding of construct-ability and space planning
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Positive and creative-minded
Appliance, tile, countertop, and fixture selection knowledge a plus
Great attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple leads and contracts at one time
