As a trainer for 2020 Design, you will facilitate training classes for in-person and online sessions. Combine your passion for interior design and technology by mentoring designers in the kitchen and bath industry. This role can be located anywhere in the U.S. with the ability to travel. Ideal candidates will also hold the same personal values and our key corporate ones: collaboration, respect & integrity, ability to embrace change and accountability.
Facilitate training classes in various formats (in-person and online)
Ability to keep classroom engaged
Coordinate travel for on location training classes
Responsible for staying up to date with education and industry trends
Develop new training content for training classes (written and video)
Skills and Requirements:
Expert in 2020 Design software (must have at least 3 years of experience)
Must have at least 5 years prior experience in the kitchen and bath industry
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills is a must (Spanish and or French is a definite plus)
Regular travel in North America required (up to 50%)
Located near a 2020 office (Grand Rapids, MI/ Cary, NC or Westwood, MA) a definite plus
NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) Certification
Experience with distance learning, on-demand training, and learning styles
Prior experience with the following tools:
2020 Catalog Tools
2020 Design (closet module)
LMS (Learning Management System)
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
