Cambria is looking for a motivated sales and relationship driven individual in the greater Phoenix, AZ area to help grow our business!
This key position as a Residential Market Sales Representative will cover the greater Phoenix area providing a superior standard of service to Residential prospects and clients while marketing the Cambria brand to dealers, designers, builders, architects and developers.
Successful candidates must reside in the Phoenix area, be able to work out of their home, call on customers throughout their assigned territory, and possess the following qualities to manage the high demands of this fast growing industry.
*2 year college degree, 4 year degree preferred or commensurate experience
*Minimum of two years of experience in business to business sales, marketing or interior design
*A proven track record of being customer focused and able to build strong relationships
*Strong team player and proven self-starter
*Superior organization and follow up skills from a home based office (phone, iPad, etc. supplied by company)
*Excellent sales skills and high level of independent motivation
*Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
*Experience in the home and building industry strongly preferred
*Ability to sell and track specs in the Architecture & Design community is desired
*Must be able to travel and work with customers throughout the identified region
