 Keep up with general accounting duties such as:  Help keep up with monthly billing by owner and senior/junior designers  Review and manage any outstanding invoices  Pay Invoices and Company Bills  Review commission payments  Submit payroll information to Bookkeeper  Use the Ivy Design Platform to keep all projects and documents up to date.  Update all PO’s when items are paid for  Organize Accounting Paperwork
