Lead Kitchen Designer / Sales
High-end showroom in Aspen, CO is seeking a lead kitchen designer and sales associate. We specialize
in high-end kitchens and millwork solutions from high-quality, locally made, European style cabinets.
We are seeking a professional, creative and driven kitchen designer who will work in and out of the
showroom. Showroom will operate on an appointment basis to begin.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
*Responsible for generating new sales leads for high-end, custom cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms,
closets and auxiliary rooms.
*Measure, design, follow-up, close and order cabinetry.
*Outside visits: Architects, Designers, Developers, clients to present product and design services.
*Project management: job site visits, site measuring.
*Work closely with off-site design support team.
*Present plans and proposals to clients. Design and problem-solve in real-time. Close deals and
process sales contracts. (Support team will assist in plans and document preparation)
*Host in-showroom events and promotions.
*Able to maintain professionalism under pressure, with demanding clients, tight deadlines and outside
*Relevant degree or experience in luxury sales and design is preferred. Previous kitchen design
experience is a benefit.
*Self-motivation and strong communication skills
*Knowledge of current design trends, cabinet construction and materials. Appliance knowledge and
*Proficiency in pen and paper sketching or AutoCAD is helpful.
*Standard computer skills and office programs (Mac or PC)
