KAB Sales & Marketing is a Representative Sales Agency for MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. servicing the Texas, Oklahoma & Arkansas Territories. We are seeking to fill the position of an Independent Sales Representative for the Houston, Texas market. This position will be responsible for prospecting for new business partnerships & business opportunities with territory dealers, managing existing account relationships and driving the growth of the total MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. (MBCI) portfolio.
Required Knowledge Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s-level degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Dealer-specific sales and experience prospecting and calling on builders is highly preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing and have an acceptable driving record.
Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly developed interpersonal skills; strong written verbal listening and presentation skills.
Aggressive self-starter with strong bias for action and results orientation.
In-depth and continually updated knowledge of design fashion and trends in the cabinet industry.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint. 20/20 Design experience would be helpful.
