Poggenpohl  U.S. has recently announced the addition of Sven Loewe to its U.S. management team as Chief Operating Officer. Loewe’s addition is expected to bring a new level of leadership and a competitive edge to the luxury brand’s executive team. Loewe will report directly to Poggenpohl U.S. President Marcia Speer, overseeing the organization’s day-to-day operations and taking on the responsibility of being a strategic manager of people and best practices.

After decades of leadership experience in operations serving global kitchen and bath brands, like Blanco and SieMatic, and in key operations roles at Hettich and Hansgrohe, Loewe is very well-suited for the position. When Loewe was SVP of operations at Blanco North America, he effectively restructured operating facilities, improved logistics and supply chain performance and created a project management culture. At SieMatic, he established an operations and project management team while refining the sales process to ensure a profitable and customer-centric organization.

A Commitment to Innovative Design

Loewe joins a company built upon innovation and exceptional craftsmanship. For well over a century, Poggenpohl has been a standard-bearer of a tradition of extreme quality, durability and functionality, with a timeless modern and minimalist aesthetic. The company’s founder, Friedemir Poggenpohl, introduced ergonomic work-top heights and storage innovations – and is credited by many as the inventor of modern kitchens. He sustainably combined architectural concepts and applications with trend-setting design, superb craftsmanship and technical precision into products that are now sold in over 70 countries around the world. The recruitment of Loewe ensures the torch has now been passed to a new generation of thought leaders.
