Congratulations to the following individuals who have earned NKBA Specialty Badges:

Robert Hull, who is a designer for The Home Depot and also has his own company, RHull Design Consultant, has earned a Remodeling badge. He is a native New Yorker but after serving four years in the military, moved to Orange, Calif, where he is a member of NKBA’s Southern California Chapter. Learn more about Robert here.

Lisa Spriggs has always had a passion for design and is self-taught in construction. In 2006, she and her husband purchased her father’s business, M & J Construction, in Moorhead, Minn. She earned her Sales & Marketing badge and belongs to NKBA’s Minnesota State Chapter. Learn more about Lisa here.

NKBA Specialty Badges are a great way for badge holders to communicate that they have focused knowledge in a particular area of the kitchen and bath field. They are available to all members of the NKBA, whether remodelers, installers, sales representatives, marketing specialists, dealers or designers. The badges currently available are Floorplans & Specifications, Remodeling, Cabinetry and Sales & Marketing. More badges will be rolled out this year, including Lighting, Color and Sustainability. There will also be special badge test prep and exam sessions at KBIS in Las Vegas, Jan. 21-23. To learn more about the Specialty Badge program, click here.
